I have comcast and pay for the 50mb/s connection rate. I have been having these unusual lag spikes for approximately a month now. Here's a copy/paste from my cmd prompt when I ping google.com

As you can see, the average for the connection isn't bad at all. However those spikes have been abosolutely killing me when it comes to online gaming, sometimes they are bad enough (note the 763ms at the end) to actually disconnect me from servers.
So far I have tried - Restarting my modem, Resetting to factory, changing channels, connecting directly to modem, connecting power to a different outlet. I'm running out of ideas. Any others would be greatly appreciated.
