I've had ongoing connectivity issues for a well over a year. My internet connection drops unexpectedly. Sometimes it reconnects quickly. Other times it takes hours for a reliable connection. I've as ton the phone with useless "support technicians" for hours, disconnecting, reconnecting, unplugging, plugging-in, and restaring equipment, only to be told that a tech appointment will need to be scheduled. I've waited hours for techs to come, fiddle with settings, replace cables (multiple times), replace the modem (multiple times). I've been told by techs that the signal strength is good and nothing is wrong. Other times the signal strength is good but the connection's dropping and the tech doesn't know why. The last tech said the signal strength is good but the connection's dropping and it's because the Comcast modem is junk. He put in a request for the newest model modem that he said would be available in a "week or two". That was a couple of week's ago and no word yet. I'm not holding my breath. I'm surely being billed for a full month of service and have reliable service only about 50% of the time. I'm tired of techs that don;t fix this and the runaround on the phone. This needs to be fixed once and for all!
