Re: Same error every night, Someone needs to help.

We are having the same problem. Pretty much 8:05 PM MT every night our internet goes offline - usually only for 1-5 minutes, but sometimes repeats 3-4 times before it comes back on to stay.

I have tried calling comcast support - they just read from a script. Keep saying it must be our modem... Hmmm if my modem was really going out would it malfunction at the same time every day - seems very strange. We have a Motorola Surfboard SB5120 which works fine except for around 8 PM every night...

 

Per the previous troubleshooting post, here is what we see at 192.168.100.1.

 

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
