Past 4 to 5 months Xfinity movies, TV shows, even commercials are always unwatchable due to audio and video not matching up. It's as bad as dial-up. I have BLAST, I have the proper RAM, Series package and space. Had an Xfinity tech come out and check wiring and all seems to be good.
Is there anyone who can tell me what to do now? I'm calling on Monday to talk to tech support over the phone, but so far, they have not compensated me with paying for a service they are not providing me, nor have they fixed any of the problems.
Any setting fixes I am overlooking besides reinstalling Silverlight, Enabling or disabling Flashplayer (there are always 2 enabled when I check Chrome plugins, allowing time for buffering, clearing the cache....
I am so frustrated.
