I just installed a SB6141 yesterday , got it provisioned only after 2 calls.(that was a big success) and my download speed went from 25Mb to somewhere between .5 and 5 MB. Must I endure another comcast technician call?. I dont have 2 hours to spend today. What specifically should I tell them to look for?
