Can't believe they call it business class internet and then it goes down several times a day and when you call you wait on hold for ages only to be told they are doing maintenance. Was this 'scheduled maintenance'? They don't know. If it was 'scheduled maintenance' why weren't we informed so that we could schedule conference calls and product demo's to clients around their maintenance window? Who runs a service to businesses like this? Why can't they do their maintenance in the middle of the night after giving us 48 hours (or more) notice first like most companies offering services to businesses would normally do? When we do maintenance that might interupt service we give our customers 30 days notice and ask them when would be a convenient time for the maintenance! We don't just arbitrarily do it whenever we feel like it and then not even be available to explain what is happening or how long it will take after it breaks. I guess that's what you can do when you have a government controlled monopoly?
