I have been having issues with my modem speed - upgraded to Blast on 12/4 over the phone and then installed a SB6141 a few days later to take advantage of the new speeds. It looks like the modem pulled the wrong config file, because speeds have not increased at all since the upgrade. The log entries that make me suspect that's the issue are below.

The other weird thing is that my "My Account" summary page shows that the current service level is Performance, while the bill I just recieved clearly shows a change to Blast on 12/4. I'm thinking I might be caught in some kind of limbo between services.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
