We have the 25 MB download package and we always usually have this or better service the problem is that while it speedtests well, it takes a long time to open webpages, even basic ones like google.
We're using the Arris TG862 as well
Our restults in Chrome were 19ms Ping, 28.95 MB down, and 5.82 MB up
However it did take close to 2 minutes to load the page.
Results in IE 14ms Ping, 28.90 MB down, 5.92 MB up
this time it only took around a minute to fully load the page.
I know the problem isnt range either, the computer doing the speed tests is literally 3 feet from the gateway

I will aslso mention that we as a family almost always have 3-4 devices on and connected at any given time and during peak hours seeing 12 devices trying to connect isnt uncommon. I was really wondering is there some way to fix our issues? Some of the other message boards mentioned looking into getting a new gateway, would this be a good option in our case?
