We're having the same problem too!!! We are brand new to Comcast and the internet was great for the first week, but now we are continuously dealing with the intermittent connection issues on a daily basis. We've also spoken with their tech support but nothing seems to be doing the trick and it seems that there is one main go-to trick that they keep telling us to do and it doesn't do anything. It's weird that it's out of the blue and it is intermittent. I'm at a loss...
