Websites have been loading extremely slow, I've been getting dropped from different multiplayer games for "timing out" and the speed of the connection varies drastically.
What makes it more bizarre is that I am able to ping external websites with under a 30ms response time and 0% packet loss (I've done this over multiple 10 minutes periods and experienced 0% packet loss). I've also witnessed this when I get dropped from games, there seems to be no loss of connection and again, no packet loss.
I;ve done a bootscan with Avast (my anti virus) and nothing came up. I'm really pulling out my hair and I've tried to do everything on my end to make sure that my computer isn't causing this.
Any ideas/suggestions before I call support and deal with someone who has never heard of latency.
These issues have also been occuring with my Roku and Xbox 360.
