So it has been three days with slow/choppy internet. I have rebooted my modem several times, checked all the connections, etc. This happens periodically and Comcast support always blames my modem, I fight their diagnoses, they schedule a person to visit and just before the person arrives the service magically fixes itself. When I log into comcast and check my account it says all services working fine (which hasn't proven reliable in the past). Now it is the weekend and I expect the issue to persist. I can't wait for an alternate internet option in my area. So tired of the games that Comcast plays.
