Connection problem since day one. Cant do it anymore.

Hi guys, I need some big help.

On september of 2012 I moved into this home and have been living here since. We got comcast and from day 1 I only had problems. On the first day the connection was capped at 6mpbs, and I had blast.

We called customer service and they came in next day. The guy, who was really rude, tried everything. He changed the modem a couple hours later and the internet got better so he left. But ever since, every single day after 8pm until morning the connection becomes unstable or very slow. I cant use it for anything. It wont load a video and the ping in an online game becames impossible to play. I complainned every single day for 2 months then they sent someone here who put new wires all the way to the pole. It seemed to get better but no. The same problem persist. I got a new job working graveyard so I'm usually not home when it happens but my partner is and he cant trust the connection either. I'm on my day off and I cant *bleeping* play a game because of this $#^. I dont know what to do. Everytime I call them they just refresh the signal and that's it. I cant take it anymore. Somebody help please. I have been paying for a service that I can't use.

Every time this issue starts, the uncorrectables and correctable will shoot skyhigh and one downstream channel will either go off or became really week/different from others.
