Hello!
I recently upgraded to a new Arris/Motorola SB6183 modem (which I selected from the Comcast list of approved modems). However, a few times a day the modem will simply reboot itself for no apparent reason. This is a painfully slow process.
My modem power and SNR numbers look OK: downstream power between 2.0 and 2.5 dBmV, and SNR between 39.8 and 40.1; upstream power between 45.8 and 46.8.
But the error logs clearly show something is wrong. Image of most recent log events pasted below.
(And yes, of course, I've power cycled/disconnected the modem many times to try to fix the problem.)
