I have already talked to multiple agents regarding slow speeds with no solid resolution. I am supposed to be getting 100 Mbps down, but I am only getting an average of about 26 Mbps down. My modem and router are brand new and I have already tried connecting directly to my modem with an ethernet cable. I get pretty much the same results. Any ideas?
