Hello I am looking for latest firm ware upgrade for my Cable modem..I have intermittent connection problems and looks like Modem is the culprit.
Apperantly the comcast tech who visited my place has no clue about the firmware upgrade process..and kept on repeating your modem your problem ;-( ...
Any help is greatly appreciated.
