I signed up for Comcast Blast Service some months ago, and according to the ad, and the contract, I was promised download speeds up to 105 Mbps download speed.

However, In the more than 7 months I have had the service, I have never gotten download speeds above 19.5 Mbps. I have been on several calls with Comcast customer service to complain of this, and have had their technician even show up at my door, but still no resolution. Yet the company continues to charge me, every month for blast service. I have been made to buy a new modem, and a new router, with promise that doing so would fix the issue, but no fix to date( made sure the modem was on the companys DOCSys list, and one of the best too). On occassion the connection drops off . . .I had that happen to me some weeks ago, in the middle of an online interview(I did not get the job), and yet when I called comcast tech support, the tech person simply pushed another reset and told me to give the connection 24 hours. I am fed up at this point and want Comcast to refund me for the excess I have paid, and fix the service once and for all.
I have asked several times for someone to contact me and help me resolve this in the past but to date, no calls from any of the Tech Managers on this. I would appreciate it if someone senior at comcast, not another tech support person who will put me through the same bunch of reset exercises, to contact me and help clear this up already.
