Out Arris TM504g router resets numerous times throughout the week, often many times through the day. Sometimes the device comes right back up, but often we have to unplug the device wait 30+ seconds and then let it restart. It has gooten so bad that I miss my old (slow and reliable) DSL connection. Any suggestions or guidance as to how we can stabilize this darn thing would be appreciated. FYI, cable service is always rock solid. The issue lies with this device and our Internet and VOIP phone access. Very frustrating and if know for sure that U-Verse would be better we would switch today. Thanks for any help this forum can provide.
