Download is around 28-29 Mbps but upload speed is only .2 Mbps. Anyone else in Lancaster, PA, having the same problem? Problem surfaced after a winter storm. Comcast keeps thinking it is my problem. Techs came out today and ran new wiring from the box outside to the computer inside. No change. I have been elevated to level 2 support and then to Regional Support (whatever that is). Anyone have a snailmail address for Comcast HQ? I need to write to someone to try to get this problem fixed.
I'm paying $70 a month for Internet only. I'd like to stop paying Comcast until problem is fixed but I know that will never happen.
