I have been having intermittent connectivity issues. I have been dealing with customer service for over a month. At first, they gave me a new modem. This was the beginning when the issue was once or twice a day.
In the last month, I've had over 10 calls with representatives and two visits at my house. The first was Sunday March 2nd at 7AM. When the internet continued to fail, another house call was scheduled. Both times, the same person was sent and both times I was told my call was going to be escalated to the next level (area manager). When I call, nothing has been escalated and I am stuck in limbo. They want to send another person to my house to check, again...
I would really like this issue to be resolved. As it stands, the internet goes out every 15 - 45 minutes. Imagine trying to skype, play video games, work remotely, etc. with these issues. It is extremely frustrating.
Please help me to get this issue resolved. The representatives I talk with say they are going to investigate and call me back, but I have been told this 5 times now and received zero call backs.
