My speeds have been under 6mbs down lately. I check my account page and it says I have starter performance. My bills and Comcast reps say I have digital preffered and performance 25/6. Nobody at comcast can help me with this. Nothing has changed on my end. It is like I have been downgraded to starter for speed and account status, just not in billing. I do not know what to do other than cancel my account and sign up again (or go with uverse). I did not want a refund until I started talking to support, but they just blame me for the slow speeds saying something is wrong on my end. Again nothing has changed on my end - just my account status and not my bill.
