I have the blast package which suppose to come with 50 mbs download speed but when I am upstairs I only get 50-400 kbs and when I am plug in I would probably get 2-5 mbs. I called them before and they sent a guy over in which he said the problem was the modern and he replace it but. That did nothing since it is back to it's same self.
