High Ping and Packet loss has returned almost a month later.

Last month I had an issue where I would get incredibly high ping spikes and packet losses. After about a week and a half it stopped. During that time I contacted comcast almost everyday. 

 

Today the same exact issue has resurfaced. I checked my data usage and I'm only at 75GB. It seems Comcast is doing something to my internet at the end of the month that causes my speeds to spike up and down. 

 

Anyone else having this issue? Are there any fixes or do I need to wait a week or 2 like last time?
