Where did my good internet go?

I'm honestly starting to get so angry with this company. About 4 weeks ago now, we had an outage over here in Westminster, CO. Ever since then, there have been some intense lag spikes. Like, games are unplayable, Netflix unusable, and sometimes the internet just blows up for 5 minutes. I've talked to about 10 people so far, even had a guy come out to verify everything here at my home has been done. All I get from Comcast support is, "Well it all looks ok on our end." Well clearly it isn't. Your guy comes out here and tells me it has to be something else that has nothing to do with my appartment and you tell me it's all ok on your end? And now tonight I cannot stay connected for more than 5 minutes without having a huge lagspike disconnect me from the internet. What happened to the guy you said you were sending to the box near me to fix it? It has been a MONTH Comcast. I've never had such disappointment with your services. Give me customer service. Fix the lagspikes. NOW.
