I got a SB6121 about 3 weeks ago, its been working fine untill yesterday when it stopped syncing. The wan IF gets ~10 seconds 192.168.100.10 leases.
I have had a ticket open CR361859308 but have not heard anything yet. I decided to plug in my old SB5100 and to my surprise that worked! Does that mean definitively that its a modem problem? Could the issue be with DOCSIS3? and not v2.
I would hate to go through the whole RMA process to find out the issue isn't with the modem.
