I have been having many issues with my internet dropping out intermittently. I have a retail bought Motorola SB6141 with a Netgear WNDR4300 (previously was an ASUS RT-N65R but replaced it because the 1st tech told me the issue was the router) On the cable modem, the upload light is a solid green light, while the download is solid blue. The power and Internet light are solid green (as they should be) and the Link light is a blinking blue. Have had 2 tech's out and over 50 call ins. The most recent tech visit said I need to call when the modem's upload light goes green and have them physically see the no response in order to get the call "escalated" in order to get the problem resolved. So I did and he ping tested and all packs came back. Someone please help.
