My internet has always been slow at my apartment, and the other night I was so fed up with it (I couldn't even load a webpage, like Google), that I typed up a complaint to Comcast. They are now wanting to send out a technician. My question is, is it worth it? I've heard many people in this area say that the technicians can't do anything because it is more a problem of the lines (I live in a college town). I performed a download/upload speed test and my speeds were 0.40 Mbps and 10.14 Mbps, respectively. Again, should I have a technician come out? I have lived here a year and a half and the internet has always been like this.
