Very bad customer support

I am having worst experience with my new comcast connection. I was offered a download speed of 50Mbps and till now the speed never gone beyond 10Mbps. It mostly stays between 5 and 10Mbps.

It is impossible to reach their customer care. Tried chatting with an agent one week ago, spent around one hour doing whatever he said without much use. He also said a ticket being logged for the issue. After that 7 days passed and no response till now from anyone. Again contacted the chat agent today and he/she said the earliest appointment I can get is 9th April. Very bad customer help I would say...
