I signed up for Blast service last Oct. (2013) using my own modem. For months my download speed was 57mbps+. Suddenly, on March 2, 2014, it became 28-35mbps. The upload speed remains at 11mbps+. Comcast "TECH. SERVICE???" says I am getting what I am paying for (Blast). Is this because after so many months they figured out I am using my own modem?
By the way, I am on the Sam Knows Team and my graph from samknows.com clearly shows the continued drop. For anyone not familiar with the Sam Knows Project, this information is reported to the FCC.
