I am living in Fremont CA and have been having only problems with Comcast Xfinity since the beginning but now I can't even watch a stream without buffering every 20 sec ....
Many technicians came but no one can fix my problem. The last technician that came told me that there was a Fiber Optics cable not working correctly between Union City and Fremont CA.
Comcast, please fix your problems....I can't do anything with my internet ....not stable at all. This should have been fixed months ago. Why so slow???? Have you no respect for your customers???
Each time I call the customer service they are incapable to find the issue ....the only thing they know what to do is send over an other technician.... please stop it and fix your issues. Is it that hard?
I am really not happy with my services with Comcast. Being a gamer, this is the worst internet ever...
Please fix this quickly.
