Hello, yesterday a tech was out to set up a new modem in our house, but the connection has yet to work. I suspect the signal is too weak. Below is the text from the XFINITY Network connection page from the router's admin portal, which suggests there is a downstream connection, but no upstream, and that it is stuck in the 'Upstream Ranging' step of the Initialization procedure. What could be the issue here? Thanks for any suggestions.
