Constant modem reboots - T4 timeout

For the past week, I have been getting very frequent modem reboots. Nothing has changed as far as connection or hardware. I have no router, no splitters, clean power, new coax cables. Looking at the modem logs, everything looks optimal; nothing that I can see to explain it.

This issue has happened in the past, and eventually went away. There have been no storms recently, no reconstruction (that I have seen), nothing that would suggest a cause for the connection issues.
