Suspended data threshold = unlimited Internet data usage?

During a chat session with a rep from Comcast the discussion came up about the data usage threshold limit of 250 GB which has been suspended in our area for several months (if not more than a year).

I figure the next step for us will be a 300 GB limit unless we buy into one of the more expensive plans (according to Comcast's web site, we can't go beyond Blast service in our area).

When I mentioned the 300 GB limit to the rep, he stated that since enforcement of the data usage threshold is suspended for us, we have "unlimited" Internet service.  Really?  Has anyone else with a suspended threshold limit found this to be true?

I suspect if someone were to exceed 1 TB in usage (that's a lot!), Comcast might inquire about that even though "enforcement" has been "suspended".  But what about 400 GB?  500 GB?  When does this become an issue for "unlimited" service?
