Comcasts internet has been running extremely slow for weeks Dec 1st - Dec 20, 2013). Ping test is showing 1800-6000ms latency. Comcast own Pingtest has been showing 0.2 Mbps download and 1.83Mbps upload for weeks. Thousands of similar results are being reported around the state. But when we call Comcast tech support, the first say they haven't heard of any problems, and they say to just reset the Comcas mobem/router. Reseting has been done many, many times. Comeone Comcast, fix the problem instead of denying it exists.
