For about 6 days now, my Internet connection has been HORRIBLE!
10% of the time it appears to work. 70% of the time (like now) it is so slow it is virtually unusable (3 minutes between every click).
and about 20% of the time is has been completely non-functioning.
The support page, when I can get it to load says, "Outage has been detected in your area. We're working on it."
My question is, is there anywhere I can go to check the status of this? 1 week is way out of control!!!
I work from home most of the time, and I have been having to go into the office every day the past week (and will tomorrow too, it looks like).
I know we had really bad weather this past week, but this is flat out rediculous.
