From about 7 am to 6 pm I see low speed test results in Arvada CO. The download speed is about 5 mbps or less. This couples with "page cannot be displayed" and if I am connected to a utube 2 minute video, my connection doesn't download fast enough to keep the video from pausing.
I pay for the Performance level.
If I disconnect the power to my DOCSIS.3 modem and plug it in, Comcast speed test show improvement over 10 mbps and the page cannot be displayed problem seldom occurs.
Earlier than 6 am and later in the evening my Comcast speed test shows 20 to 40 mbps and the problems above do not occur.
This suggest to me that Comcast does not have the bandwidth provided to support the number of us customers.
