I don't like writing of forums and I rearly like to complain. but this is ridiculous. for three and a half hours the service has been completely utterly sloww. I've been told by the text that my modem may be defective when I know its not I have given out proof that its not by asking my girlfriend who lives across from me because she has comcast also and she is also have the same issues so with that being stated I know its outside wiring that is causing the issue. I feel as if I'm being swindled here. and I'm really feelin like comcast is becoming the EA of cable companies in where I need to buy DLC packs to get the full services I pay for. I have been with comcast for over 6 years now. yeah this service is starting to be getting really crappy. I just want some troubleshooting and not a bold face lie just to get $49.95 of me by sending out techs.
