Intermittent Problems

Intermittent connectivity problems. Looks like modem keeps resetting. Service call yesterday and tech replaced the modem; however problems continue. During an outage, I checked signal levels and it was 50+dbmv on the uplink. 

 

Whenever I look at signal levels, they look fine. However, I keep getting "No Ranging Response, T3 Timeout" messages in the log.

 

Modem is Techicolor MediaAccess TC8305C. Here are the modem logs:
