I'm frustrated over this situation because I've just switched to comcast expecting great things. However, the internet connection is even worse. (Wireless Issue)
1) I'm not getting the speeds I paid for 25/5mbps
2) There seems to be a packet loss of some sort because even though all the lights on my modem (Motorola SBG6580) are on, webpages aren't loading. When I'm playing games that issue persists as well, It happens every 1-2 minutes, everything just doesn't register and becomes unresponsive.
Here is my current speed, however it does reach 25/5 but most of the time I get something similar to this speed.

I have called / online chat technicial support and none of them seemed to solve my issue. I am hesitant to call a technician to come to my house because I don't want to pay a fee incase it is my modem. I have just bought my modem about a month ago and a half ago as well. The issue occured around 3-4 weeks ago.
If there is anything that could help address my issue, I would be greatful, thank you.
