Slow netflix 3d movie stream

Hello all,

I just recently purchased a new smart tv with 3-d. I can watch regular streaming program fine on netflix but when I want to check out 3d movie it loads up very slow or none at all.
I want to know if this can be fixed by upgrading to the next speed their level " blast" or this is a outside issue with comcast limiting bandwidth for netflix. I currently subscribe to the performance tier.
