Hi there!
Last week from Wednesday to Thursday there was a ~24h service outage in my area (Blacksburg, VA). Ever since then, my service has been disconnecting every 2-3 minutes for 5-10 seconds at a time. I have power cycled all of my equipment, tried a different router, and tried a different DNS all to no avail. My modem is a Comcast-issued SB5120.
Is there anything else I can try, or is anyone having a similar experience that suggests issues on Comcast's end?
