While I did not originate this thread it describes my issue to a t. I have had 4 techs out to my house. The first said if its intermittent there is nothing I can do about it. The second guy replaced all the connection and swapped out the phone modem (I own my own SB6121 for internet). The third guy said sorry everything looks good. The last guy said he placed a filter on the line and retonned my lines to my apartment. Since the last visit (5 days ago) I have continued to have the same issues as I have had for nearly a month now.The last 2 times I called they said that they are going to send me a supervisor tech but to no avail. I have read some issues with my modem and older firmware the firmware I am currently using is SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.10-SCM00-NOSH. Which to my knowledge is 1 iteration old but the most current one that comcast is using.
Any thoughts or help that could be provided would be appreciated.
