Site Hosting: Comcast hates Hosting24

I'm in an incredibly difficult situation. I build and host websites for clients and have a server through Hosting24 that I host all my domains from. Comcast effectively either denies me and my clients (who I've discovered also have Comcast) access to all the sites or choke holds the connect, creating an aver 5 mins.... yes, 5 mins. to load a site or page. I've got everything from complex WP content sites to standard strict HTML pages and it doesn't matter, the all react the same way.

It's a hosting probelm right?  Nope, I've switched my hosting server to 4 other hosting sites including all the main ones. They will work for a couple weeks and then same problem. All support has said the same thing:

"There is a connectivity problem at your ISP. What we have observed so far, is that the connection is broken of at a node in the middle of the network pathway in the Comcast network. This issue is quite difficult to deal with since the source of it is out of our reach. You could try to press the issue by contacting Comcast support team regarding this."

I've even considering changing my ISP but where I live my options are Comcast or a business ISP that charges a standard $200 a month for small business class internet. Now I've even trided re-routing new DNS from my home computer and router/modem, this worked for about a second and then back to the old problems. It feels like I have a gun held to my head because I can't solve this issue and my clients don't understand "why their website doesn't just work. the rest of my internet works."
