Very slow up and down speeds - ATlanta, GA

I'm now into day 3 of horrible up and down speeds. My download speeds are consistently less than 1Mbps while my upoad speeds are bewteen 1 and 1.5 Mbps.

Can someone suggest something?

I've rebooted the modem several times but nothing changes.
