The Internet had been down all day, as has the phone and the cable most the day. I cannot get an agent on the phone to tell me what is going on. I already know there is a reported outage, but can't talk to anyone how long it's really going to be. Comcast has the worst customer service ever. I think I will start petitioning the city to have another cable company made available to my area. Comcast can think they can sit there on their high horse and treat the customers like c r a p but they have another thing coming. As many large companies have discovered before, they are not to big to fall.
