I keep receiving calls stating I am due to upgrade my modem and to go to ww.comcast.com\device upgrade - to receive a kit in the mail at no charge. However, I can not get into this site - it keeps sending me to yahoo - search! Can you help me. I have a RCA broadband DCM425 modem.
