Is 100 Mbps Speed blast speed available yet?

I had read back in may a comcast press release that 100 Mbps speeds were available or coming to residents in the Northeast, of which I am. I was curious if this is available yet? It seems the Max speed my wired PC gets is 60ish Mbps second, and thus I was not sure if something was wrong or not. I would have thought with blast I'd be getting higher speeds then just 60.
