To start off i wass promised 105mb per sec and hbo/streampix for $54.99 and then my plan droped to 50 mbps for the same price and then droped to 25 mbps without me agreeing to it or anything and never would have so after all that i called and talked to a supervisor about it and he was going to get to the bottom of it and was told i will hear back from him by friday and so friday came along and no call so monday i call and told he was sent another email and woould get a call back the next day and again no call so i call again after another 3 hours on the phone i get screamed at and pushed into a plan for 65,80 to go back to the 50 mbps and i had no choice it was that or nother and is very srong of comcast to take advantage of there customers like this and i will give them a 0 out of 1-5
