I've had T3 disconnects and high errors rates on channels 3 and 4 for months on my DOCSIS 3.0 modem. I've replaced my modem three times - two Motorola's and one Zoom. The techs tell me the signal is coming out of the street bad. Yet they can't fix it. Management told me they'd fix it 7 days ago and I never got a service call. Today the internet went out completely for hours.
I'm canceling service when we renew our lease and we are going back to AT&T U-verse. Yeah, it's only 45 Mbps for $80/mo but at least it stayed ON! I didn't have random disconnects or service issues!
