I've been calling about issues since Tuesday night and was told someone from the NOC team would contact me when they found the issue. I was sent a new modem and have moved it to the other side of the house to ensure I'm getting full signal strength. When I first plugged the modem in it was great! Even this morning it was okay but now I'm right back to where I started, 25% packet loss to EVERYWHERE. I've ran several pings and traceroutes to pinpoint the problematic area and I've found it's the first hop past my modem:

Packets: Sent = 348, Received = 256, Lost = 92 (26% loss)
When I first hooked up my new modem that same node was at 0% loss. I was also running a concurrent ping to my gateway and received 0% loss.
Please help! I've tried calling support but convincing them it's not something with my modem/computer/house/etc is impossible.
