I have been having Internet connectivity issues for the past three days. I typically will be connected to the Internet for about fifteen minutes at a time, and then I will lose service for the next fifteen to twenty mintues while my modem struggles to connect. Sometimes it will be off for over an hour. Attempts by me to phycially reset the equipment have not worked. Is there any way Comcast can reboot me online or do I have to call my local provider?
